SimCity BuildIt offers plenty of challenges for players who enjoy city-building and resource-collecting games. These guidelines, simcity buildit hack and even methods can help growing town-organizers away by ensuring their city’s starting foundation is as solid as you can.

Plan Ahead

Each time you place a residential zone at SimCity BuildIt, keep in mind that when the zone is not covered by the essential city services, the building will finally become abandoned and will not generate any tax income for you. That is bad.

You would like to find the most coverage possible, so placing a fire station right from the corner of your city zone isn’t the smartest move, because the fire station’s area of effect will be overflowing to the deadzone, where you can’t build.

Additionally, keep in mind that factories and support buildings do not need to be covered by firefighter/police/etc. protection. Notice the way in the picture above I’ve positioned my 2 fire stations to blanket the residential places, but abandoned the industrial buildings (bottom left) well from this zone.

Sell Your Excess

Your factories ought to always be functioning. As you play, queue up a few of the resources with the quicker turn-around, and before you leave the video game to go do something else, then queue up a few of the tools that require prolonged amounts of time to make.

Dead-ends are your friends in SimCity BuildIt.

Look at my city in the picture above; note that extending from the side of the city is a long street all alone? In the end of that road is the sewer plants which keep my city smelling fresh. They smell awful, which is the reason why they are all the way up there.

Because roads are free, there is no reason why you need ton’t keep these stinky buildings (factories included) away from your own residents as possible. While their location is accompanied by an area-of-effect stink-zone, their services provided do not. Provided that they are connected to the street, they will service the city, no matter how far out you place them.

Expand With Caution

I discovered I was constantly getting access to more residential places than I could encourage. Sure I could plop down buildings alongside new roads…but I lacked the financing to support those homes with utilities and services.

After a little, I realized that is ok, and instead I concentrated my efforts on enhancing what I already had.

Resist the temptation to fill up your entire map with buildings and roads. Remember, the larger the building is, the more people can live in it, and most of those people will pay taxes.
